…for baby #2 to make her grand entrance.  Can you believe that Hayley is 31 weeks along?!  Her belly is teeny tiny and I had to keep asking her, “could you push it out…more!”  We decided to not wait for her to be further along to do her session because baby #1 was born a few weeks early and we didn’t want to miss capturing her beautiful bump this time around.  I don’t think she can look any better!

As much as the board game is a hit with kids, the real-life board game is a bigger hit!  Little M’s 2nd birthday party was just that.  What impressed me the most was that the kids didn’t need any instructions when they arrived…they just knew to walk along the path.  I think the birthday girl enjoyed every minute of candyland, but she was the true sweetness of the party   M-G family, thank you for having me on the guest list.  I had a fabulous time capturing the party!

On July 5th, I had the privilege of assisting Courtney Keim in shooting the wedding of Lauren and Peter.  Most of the guests, including family members, thought they were attending an engagement party, but the couple gave them a surprise when it was announced that they would be tying the knot on the beach!  Congratulations and best wishes to the newly weds

Kalman finally (a little over his due date) made a grand entrance into the world to “Born to be Wild” on the radio…seriously.  Hopefully he’s not TOO wild for his parents.  I have been blessed to photograph a few newborns in the last month and I’m always gushing over their cuteness; Kalman is all cuteness.  The innocence of newborns always melts my heart.  Congratulations once again Lisa and Steven!

I think newborns melt just about everyone’s hearts and Erick was no exception–he sure melted mine!  Doesn’t he just make you want to cuddle him?!

When we started our session, Chesney was very cooperative, LOVED sitting in the grass and being the center of attention.  But mid-session (well, what WE thought was mid-session), she decided that some mik and a/c were much more appealing…so she went to sleep and never said good-bye!  Her mamma and I had many plans, but she had her own.  And I NEVER wake a sleeping baby…so Chesney, I hope you enjoyed your nap   I had fun while it lasted.

This little cutie is the new addition to my friends family.  Her mommie, Meghan, is also a photographer and invited me to join her to photograph Molly.  I couldn’t have asked for a better time with them!  Congrats Jamie and Meghan on your beautiful baby girl.  She is just precious…
